Introduction

I’m a sixth generation fisher engaged in fyke and net fishing off of the coast of Merikarvia. I bring you various marinated Baltic herring, and particularly recommend the traditional pickled Baltic herring and prize-winning cured Baltic herring. Also on sale are traditional autumn salted Baltic herring and lamprey, as well as sea buckthorn juice, sea buckthorn jelly, mouth-watering sea buckthorn parfait, sea buckthorn confectionery and archipelago bread.
