Vesa-Pekka Sahlgren, Uusikaupunki. I am a fisherman already in the third generation, so traditions and sustainable development characterize my activities. I make both traditional and innovative baltic herring marinades and other fish delicacies. In addition to fish products, I make traditional cold-pressed sea buckthorn juice, which is unpasteurized. My product selection also includes berry powders and jellies made from domestic berries, as well as meal sauces and pickled garlic. The concept “Home made” fits the products I make, because I make everything myself from start to finish in small batches.
