27. Pensar Fisk
Introduction
The island of Pensar off the coast of Turku is home to a tiny restaurant called Ravintola Sandvik, which gets its ingredients straight from local fishermen and farmers. Pensar Fisk now brings this authentic island experience to customers of the Baltic Herring Market.Â
