27. Pensar Fisk

Introduction

The island of Pensar off the coast of Turku is home to a tiny restaurant called Ravintola Sandvik, which gets its ingredients straight from local fishermen and farmers. Pensar Fisk now brings this authentic island experience to customers of the Baltic Herring Market. 

The restaurant’s renowned selection of artisan starters features the most loved flavours of the archipelago: Baltic herring, cold-smoked pike, hot-smoked and cold-smoked rainbow trout, sprat, cheeses, various kinds of berries and lamb.
