​​Rikhard Tillman is a second generation fisher and continues the work started by his father Martin Tillman in the 1970s as a fisher and producer of various fish products. Using only the best Finnish ingredients, Rikhard makes smoked salmon, archipelago bread and Baltic herring in various marinades to his own unique recipes.
