Marthaförbundet (5.–8.10.)
Introduction
The Swedish-speaking Martha Association of Finland promotes smart fishing and raises awareness about domestic fish. The Smartfisk – from sea to table project encourages consumers to choose domestic and climate-friendly fish – such as bream and roach – for their meals, and shows how to easily prepare delicious dishes from them.
