Flavors of the sea from Merikarvia – available to take away or enjoy on the spot: “shoemaker’s salmon” (marinated herring), Kasala’s black pepper herring, Kasala’s delicacy herring (milder taste), lime perch, smoked and cured fish, smoked fish salad, cold-smoked and smoked fish delicacies, salmon soup, and the day’s smoked or fried fish portion.
Note: on Thursday 9 October, fresh Baltic herring for sale! The herring is caught in the Bothnian Sea. Price €5/kg.
