Introduction

Bakery Viljaherkut handcrafts a variety of traditional baked goods in Mäntsälä. One of their most popular products is the traditional Karelian pasty, made with a thin 100% rye crust, filled with real milk porridge, and brushed with butter. The pasties meet the criteria for an “Authentic Traditional Product,” and like many of their other products, they also carry the Hyvää Suomesta (Produce of Finland) label.
