Introduction

Sahlgrenska is a small family business from Uusikaupunki. Their product range includes a variety of herring delicacies, katkarapukimara (shrimp mix), lohiviettelys (salmon delicacy), and an award-winning smoked salmon mousse. Customer favorites include sea buckthorn–ginger jelly and black garlic mayonnaise. They also offer other berry products, such as berry powders sold in beautifully designed packages.
