Introduction
Fish from Koukkusaari directly from the fishing vessel Lohetar! Fisherman Tommi Lillberg has taken part in the Herring Market since 1991, while his grandparents were already involved back in the 1940s. The selection from the fishing vessel Lohetar includes herring, wild sea salmon and wild whitefish products, freshly baked sourdough rye bread and rustic flatbread, as well as spiced, onion and garlic sliced pickles and cucumber salads.
